Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Peoples platform ("Platform"), operated by Peoples Group Ltd ("Peoples", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Platform, placing an order, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Nature of the Service
Peoples operates as an intermediary platform connecting customers with third-party brands and distributors. Peoples does not manufacture products, does not generally hold stock, and does not act as the primary seller of goods.
All products listed are supplied and fulfilled by third-party brands or their authorised distributors. Peoples' role is limited to:
- Listing products on the Platform
- Facilitating orders between buyers and suppliers
- Processing payments on behalf of suppliers
- Transmitting order details to the relevant supplier
At no point does Peoples take ownership of goods. By placing an order, you are entering into a transaction with the relevant third-party supplier, not with Peoples Group Ltd.
Eligibility
The Platform is available to businesses (B2B users), including retailers, and consumers (B2C users) where applicable. To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable law
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Peoples reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Orders
Orders placed through the Platform are requests to purchase from third-party suppliers. An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received and cleared. Once payment is made, cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be possible if fulfilment has commenced.
A minimum order value of £50 applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
Peoples and its suppliers reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to fulfilment, and to limit quantities per customer. Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
Payments are processed via pro forma invoicing or secure payment links, including GoCardless or equivalent providers. Orders will not be processed until full cleared payment is received.

- Prices displayed may vary based on supplier conditions or promotional periods
- Pricing errors may be identified and corrected at any time prior to fulfilment
Commercial Model
Peoples operates as a commercial intermediary. Peoples may receive commission or fees from brands or suppliers in connection with orders placed through the Platform. This arrangement does not necessarily affect the price paid by the customer.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this commercial model.
Delivery & Fulfilment
All products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Suppliers are solely responsible for shipping, delivery, and stock availability.
Peoples is not responsible for delivery delays, courier issues, lost or damaged goods in transit, or incorrect fulfilment. Any issues of this nature must be raised directly with the supplier where applicable.
Delivery times communicated at the point of order are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed.
Product Responsibility
All products are supplied by third-party brands or distributors. Suppliers are solely responsible for product quality, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of product descriptions and specifications.
Peoples accepts no liability for product defects, inaccuracies in product information, or performance issues arising from third-party goods.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of wholesale and supplier-based fulfilment:
- All sales are considered final upon confirmed payment
- Refunds are not provided as a matter of standard policy
- Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing by Peoples or the relevant supplier
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Peoples Group Ltd or the applicable supplier. Peoples reserves the absolute right to refuse any refund or return request.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information, maintaining account security, and ensuring their account is not misused by third parties.
You must not:
- Exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
- Engage in any form of fraudulent activity
- Interfere with Platform functionality or security
- Misuse listings, ordering systems, or pricing structures
Peoples may suspend or terminate any account at any time and without notice. Grounds include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse or abuse of the Platform
- Attempted exploitation of pricing or system errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, Peoples may cancel associated orders and refuse future access to the Platform.
Platform Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly at all times. Peoples reserves the right to modify or remove features, restrict access, or update the Platform at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including branding, design, layout, text, and media — is owned by or licensed to Peoples Group Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peoples Group Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
- Delivery delays or courier failures
- Issues arising from supplier fulfilment or conduct
- Product defects, inaccuracies, or non-compliance
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Peoples' own negligence.
Changes to Terms
Peoples reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes may also include pricing structures, service features, or operational policies. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
