Trade Account Terms

These Trade Account Terms ("Trade Terms") apply to all business customers ("Trade Customers") using the Peoples platform ("Platform") under a registered trade account.

By creating or continuing to use a trade account, you agree to be bound by these Trade Terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses only. By applying, you confirm that:

• You are acting in the course of a legitimate business
• All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
• You are legally permitted to purchase and resell the products listed on the Platform

Peoples reserves the right to approve or reject any trade account application and to request additional verification at any time.

Trade Customers are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Ensuring the lawful resale of all products purchased through the Platform
• Verifying and enforcing age restrictions where applicable, including for vape and nicotine-related products

• All orders are subject to stock availability from third-party suppliers
• Trade pricing is not guaranteed and may vary based on supplier conditions
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice

Peoples reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders prior to fulfilment.

All trade orders are processed on a pro forma basis. Full payment must be received and cleared before an order is processed. Payment is typically made via secure payment links (e.g. GoCardless or equivalent providers).

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.

All products are supplied by third-party brands or authorised distributors. Trade Customers acknowledge that:

• Peoples is not the primary supplier of goods
• Peoples does not hold stock unless explicitly stated
• Suppliers are solely responsible for fulfilment, delivery, and product quality

Due to the wholesale nature of trade transactions:

• All trade sales are considered final upon confirmed payment
• Refunds are not provided as a matter of standard policy
• Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing by Peoples or the relevant supplier

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Peoples or the applicable supplier.

Trade accounts must not be used to:

• Exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
• Manipulate listings, promotions, or ordering systems
• Place fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith orders

Peoples reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, and refuse future service where these restrictions are breached.

Peoples may suspend or terminate any trade account immediately and without notice. Grounds include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Trade Terms or the general Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the Platform
• Regulatory concerns or compliance failures

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peoples shall not be liable to Trade Customers for:

• Loss of business, profit, or revenue
• Issues arising from supplier fulfilment or conduct
• Delivery delays or courier failures
• Product defects, inaccuracies, or non-compliance

Trade Customers use the Platform and their trade accounts at their own risk.

Peoples reserves the right to update these Trade Terms at any time. Continued use of a trade account following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Trade Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
